POLICIES FOR CLEARANCE PRODUCTS ONLY

Please be aware that all clearance items do not carry the same return policy as the regular priced items.

Warranty

VCR Inc. warrants all clearance items to be in good working condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days, from the original Invoice date unless stated otherwise on the product page or by the manufacturer's own warranty policy.

If your product is not functioning properly upon arrival (DOA items), please send a message (but not later than 30 days from purchase for DOA items) to  VCR Inc for troubleshooting or request a RMA through an Online RMA. In most instances, our representatives can assist you in diagnosing and resolving your product problems. In the case of a defective product, VCR Inc. will replace the product with an exchange of the same item. If a replacement product is not available, a similar product at the same value will be provided or a credits will be provided for future use.

Return Policy:

All sales items are returnable for exchange or credits within 7 day, provide that products are in its original package and saleable conditions, no cut, or modification is made to the product.  Shipping and insurance are not refundable. There is a re-stocking charge of 25%. Authorization must be obtained from VCR Inc prior to shipping. All return ship must be pre-paid, otherwise, it will be rejected and return at shipper's own cost.

The following products are not returnable for refund or credit or exchange: custom integrated systems, dvr with hard drive installed, serviced products, computer parts and software.
