I cannot connect to my video
server using internet or our internal network. How can I fix that?
Our software uses TCP
protocol for Internet access. You must open the router for video, playback
and remote access. To open up the router, please refer to its
manufacturer's instruction manual. You will also have to assign port
numbers for its specific use. These port number are fixed for each video
catcher software:
- VC16
- use dial up only
