SETTING YOUR WINDOW DISPLAY

You must have your Windows Display set to High color (16 bits) in order to have proper image viewing. This page describes how to set your monitor display properly.

Prior to making changes to your Windows Display setting, you may have to exit/close all Windows programs.

  1. Left click your mouse at the "start" button located at the lower left corner of your monitor screen.

  2. Move the cursor up to "settings", then to "Control Panel" and left click your mouse to select. A separate window will pop up.

  3. Double click at "Display" icon located inside the new window. Another window (gray in color) will pop up.

  4. Move the cursor to the "settings" located at the top of the gray window and click for selection. This window will change its appearance.

  5. Move the cursor to the arrow button of the drop-down manu located above  the multi-color bar. Click at the arrow button for a list of selections.

  6. Move the cursor to highlight "High Color (16 bit)".

  7. Click "ok" button located at the bottom of the gray window.

  8. You will be prompt of a message and click to select "Apply the new color settings without restart?"

  9. Click "ok" buttons when prompt with a message "ok to resize desktop".

You are ready to connect to our live video demo site.

 If All Else Fails:

  1. At the desktop of your server computer, left click your mouse at the start button of Windows.
  2. Move cursor up to select “Help”. A “Help” window will show up.
  3. Click at the “Search” tab.
  4. Type in “Resolution” or similar words for searching, then click list topics.
  5. A list of related topics will show up.
  6. Details of the instruction will be available by clicking the proper topic of your choice.
  7. If non fits your choice, try searching again using other similar wordings.
