Cannot connect to my Elite
server with my client over my LAN network:
Please check the following:
- Correct IP address
- Port numbers are properly set
- Both server and client PC firewalls are open
You may test the connectivity by using the DOS command:
Telnet (IP address) (port number)
If it connects without error message, your systems are
connectable. If not, there the firewall of the server or port is not open
for the connection.
